Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for C-suite executives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling and data analytics
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or platforms
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future-proofing strategies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) strongly preferred
