Responsibilities

- Establish quantitative models for trend impact assessment and adoption forecasting

- Mentor junior futurists and advance foresight methodologies within the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in foresight, innovation strategy, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that drove measurable business outcomes
- Expertise in quantitative trend analysis and qualitative foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
