Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design scenario-planning models for climate resilience, AI ethics, and workforce evolution
- Drive organizational adoption of agile futures-thinking methodologies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial innovation or policy change
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-cultural, interdisciplinary teams
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects implemented since 2020
