- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging technology adoption curves
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend forecasting
- Strong background in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-continental remote teams
