- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies and societal patterns impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for C-suite executives
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future-ready solutions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics using AI-driven research methodologies
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech, and Web3.0 developments
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adopting future-thinking methodologies and agile innovation
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive technology assessment
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
- Advanced proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight organizations) preferred
