Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership, producing actionable strategic recommendations
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers published in leading industry publications
- Drive innovation sprints that translate future insights into product development roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Systems Mapping)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
