Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech/socioeconomic trends to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and product teams
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof product roadmaps
- Curate and maintain proprietary trend intelligence database
- Present innovation briefings to investors and industry partners
- Mentor junior futurists in applied foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Sociology, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech disruption
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
