Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary research initiatives forecasting technological impacts across 5+ industries by 2026
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future scenarios into corporate roadmaps
- Author white papers and present at global forums on emerging technology paradigms
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with 10+ technical specialists
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological adoption and market readiness
- Advocate for ethical innovation principles in high-stakes policy discussions
Qualifications
- PhD in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused concepts (3+ case studies)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and Delphi methodologies
