Key Objectives:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical strategy for 2026, ensuring our platforms remain scalable, secure, and ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability and performance for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Develop and optimize proprietary algorithms for real-time data processing and predictive analytics.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including edge computing and neural interface protocols.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment pipelines within the engineering team.
- Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concept (PoC) development for futuristic tech stacks.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical leadership effectively.
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Extensive experience with distributed systems, cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
