Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring best practices for code reusability and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the technical architecture of the product.
- Debug, test, and deploy applications to production environments, ensuring high availability and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or similar modern frameworks).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, and SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
