Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Perform rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster team growth.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORM tools (Sequelize/TypeORM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean code.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
