Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define product requirements and deliver user-centric features.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and system bottlenecks.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and scalability across all production environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Deep understanding of database design and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
