Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into our development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
