Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and chat to internal and external clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist with remote desktop configurations and software installations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to resolve complex tickets.
- Uphold company service standards and SLAs during all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts.
