Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Engineering) to define and implement new features.
- Maintain and improve the performance, responsiveness, and stability of existing web applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster team growth.
- Optimize database queries and integrate third-party APIs seamlessly.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in React.js, Redux, or Vue.js for front-end development.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
