Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and CI/CD pipeline optimization to ensure continuous delivery.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and complex bugs within existing codebases.
- Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap for our core products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment.
