Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers within the team.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Django.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
