- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- TypeScript: Strong experience with TypeScript and type safety practices.
- Tools: Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
