Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in application performance to ensure fast load times and high availability.
- Testing & QA: Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making and architectural planning.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for APIs, systems, and processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
