Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and business intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to deployment
- Develop scalable data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior data scientists and drive best practices across the team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science or analytics
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, BigQuery) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
