- Provide clear, step-by-step technical guidance to non-technical users.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting protocols.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Available to work 20-30 hours per week.
