Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Clean, transform, and manage large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and executive teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Build automated data pipelines to streamline reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into data anomalies and provide root cause analysis.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience creating visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
