Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone/email/chat
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems
- Install/configure OS and business applications
- Document all tickets in ServiceNow with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Conduct end-user training on new systems
- Maintain inventory of IT assets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Customer service experience (retail/helpdesk a plus)
- Ability to troubleshoot basic network issues
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
