Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, robust, and maintainable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability across all platforms.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster team growth.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
