Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins
- Optimize cloud costs through architectural reviews and resource monitoring
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into cloud architectures
- Conduct security audits and compliance assessments (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Present technical roadmaps to C-level stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure certification
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless technologies
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in Python, Go, or Java for scripting/automation
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex migration projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
