Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to assist in improving SEO performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in the Cleveland and New York markets.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our internal CRM and database systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to draft engaging content for social media and blogs.
- Monitor project timelines and assist in the delivery of technical projects.
- Provide basic technical troubleshooting for internal tools and client accounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred but not required).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
