Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and social platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to source passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure consistent pipeline health.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and manage the interview process.
- Manage the candidate experience from the initial application to the offer stage.
- Provide regular feedback and market insights to the recruitment team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or a similar HR role.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume or niche technical positions successfully.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Workable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on influencing and negotiating.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting strict deadlines.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical terminology is highly preferred.
