Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Guide users through complex troubleshooting steps to ensure system stability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical tickets.
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and service processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (entry-level to mid-level acceptable).
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Must be available to start immediately upon hiring.
