Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the 2026 Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Architect high-scale, resilient systems capable of supporting next-gen AI workloads and data processing.
- Lead the migration strategy towards future-proof cloud-native infrastructures (Kubernetes, Serverless).
- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive research and development initiatives into emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Advanced LLMs).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Principal capacity.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
- Proficiency in designing microservices and distributed systems using Go, Rust, or Python.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on serverless architectures.
- Experience in implementing AI governance, security, and ethical guidelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
