Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for Nexus Horizon Labs leading up to 2026, identifying high-impact emerging technologies.
- AI Integration: Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI and machine learning systems into core products.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts for executive leadership and collaborate with product teams to align tech strategy with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate new technologies for scalability, security, and ethical implications before implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-native architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and successfully delivering complex projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
