Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Scale AI workloads on cloud environments (AWS/GCP) ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Research & Innovation: Explore emerging paradigms in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning to solve complex real-world problems.
- Model Governance: Implement robust MLOps pipelines to monitor model performance, drift, and ethical bias.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate technical concepts into business value.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- Frameworks: Proven track record with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically in NLP or Computer Vision.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
