- Lead research and implementation of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agents.
- Define the technical strategy for our 'Horizon 2026' roadmap, ensuring future-proof scalability and resilience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization across distributed cloud systems.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year technical projects with measurable impact.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
