Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for the Project 2026 infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and future-proofing.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents into core enterprise workflows.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists in experimental research and proof-of-concept development.
- System Optimization: Analyze complex system bottlenecks and implement high-performance solutions for real-time data processing.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Prototyping: Build rapid, high-fidelity prototypes to validate novel algorithms before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in Python, Rust, and distributed systems architecture.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of neural networks, transformer architectures, and reinforcement learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-complexity problems in unstructured environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
