Responsibilities
- Design & Build: Architect scalable, robust frameworks for autonomous AI agents, focusing on long-term planning and execution loops.
- Optimization: Implement advanced prompting strategies and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to maximize agent performance and reduce hallucination.
- Innovation: Explore novel architectures for self-healing code and autonomous tool usage.

Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically focused on LLMs, NLP, or AI agents.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go. Deep experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom agent orchestration tools.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps.
- Creativity: Proven track record of solving complex problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations and documentation.
