As we prepare for the technological shifts of 2026, we need a leader who can bridge the gap between current machine learning capabilities and future-proof neural architectures.
In this role, you will define the technical roadmap for our flagship AI products, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical compliance in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. You will work closely with our R&D teams to integrate quantum computing concepts and advanced deep learning models.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI solutions designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Oversee the transition from traditional ML models to next-gen generative AI frameworks.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model validation, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize inference on next-generation processors.
- Define the long-term technical vision for Apex Future Systems' AI ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and deep learning architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Experience with quantum algorithm concepts is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
