- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into autonomous agents and neural interface protocols, translating theoretical papers into production-ready code.
- System Integration: Integrate disparate AI models into unified platforms, optimizing data flow and decision-making latency.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term technical roadmaps aligned with market trends.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation standards, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in machine learning and AI architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Deep understanding of emerging trends in AI, such as Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Edge Computing.
