As a key member of our R&D team, you will define the technical strategy for the year 2026 and beyond, working on cutting-edge projects that will define the industry standard.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for production environments.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI into core products.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers to foster technical growth.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate 2026 roadmaps into technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends to ensure our tech stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with distributed computing and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning architectures.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
