Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models and transformer architectures to achieve sub-millisecond latency in real-time applications.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, publishing papers and implementing novel algorithms in the 2026 ecosystem.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Code Quality: Enforce best practices in code review, documentation, and CI/CD automation to ensure system reliability.
- Deployment: Manage the deployment of models to cloud environments (AWS/GCP) with a focus on security and scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a heavy emphasis on machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL. Deep experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Mathematics: Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Tools: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure is highly preferred.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
