Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable distributed AI architectures capable of supporting high-throughput inference and real-time learning.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the development of proprietary algorithms to enhance model efficiency and accuracy by Q3 2026.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of models on cloud-native infrastructure, optimizing for latency and cost efficiency.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Establish and enforce best practices for bias mitigation, safety, and transparency in all AI outputs.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with product leaders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps for the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Infrastructure: Proficiency in designing systems on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, utilizing Kubernetes and containerization.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and innovate under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
