Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI models into core product offerings.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Research) to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance across all AI deployments.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
