Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance neural network infrastructures for Project 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers and software engineers to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Define the technical roadmap for next-generation machine learning algorithms.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency in edge environments.
- Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for AI development and deployment.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and generative AI architectures.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP) and high-performance computing clusters.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
