Responsibilities

- Performance Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency to ensure seamless integration into consumer and enterprise applications.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and ethical AI standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research or applied AI engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformers.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
