Responsibilities

- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize model performance and reduce computational overhead to ensure efficient deployment in production environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for ethical AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and responsible data usage.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deployment: Proven track record of deploying and maintaining production-grade AI models and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
