Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning infrastructure for 2026-ready applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced algorithms, including generative models and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for code quality, system architecture, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
