Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish code quality standards.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce cloud costs.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies for emerging AI technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and software architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, and RAG architectures.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
