Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with 2026 market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform R&D investments
- Partner with product teams to incubate breakthrough innovations with 5-year vision
- Present futuristic technology scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic and industry futurist networks
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies including AI governance and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Strong data storytelling capabilities with experience in scenario planning methodologies
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies (e.g., IEEE, HBR)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
