Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the next three years.
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives to modernize legacy systems and enhance operational efficiency.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to determine strategic fit and competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align technology strategy with broader business goals.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget planning and resource management for strategic technology projects.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and lead internal innovation hubs to prototype and test cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or product management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Planning: Proven track record of developing and executing long-term technology strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of modern software architectures, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI/ML capabilities.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
