Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI systems aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead a team of talented data scientists and engineers to deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models.
- Optimize existing neural network architectures to improve inference speed and reduce latency.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and model explainability.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends to ensure our technology remains competitive in the evolving landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
