Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines tailored for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to evaluate emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Predictive Analytics.
- Define best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI implementation across the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business objectives into high-level technical architectures.
- Conduct rigorous performance analysis and optimization to ensure real-time processing capabilities.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong experience with distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale NLP or Computer Vision models in production environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
