Responsibilities
Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant neural network models for large-scale production environments.Optimize deep learning inference pipelines to achieve real-time latency requirements for critical applications.Drive the research and integration of emerging Transformer architectures and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.Collaborate with cross-functional squads of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate technical requirements into architectural solutions.Mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers, conducting rigorous code reviews and architectural guidance.Ensure the security, compliance, and ethical use of AI models within the organization.
Qualifications
M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Research.Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.Strong experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.Demonstrated track record of shipping production-grade AI models that impact millions of users.
